Let Us Introduce Ourselves: Who is Clarity?
We are so excited to officially announce that - as of the 1st of June - we created a brand new company. So, here’s a very warm welcome to Clarity Accounting (Scotland) Limited!
As we start out on this fresh venture, we wanted to properly introduce ourselves. So, in this first post, we’ll share our vision for the future, and let our valued clients know whether anything will be changing for them.

Our priority? Providing the highest quality of customer service to our clients. Far from being an outside partner that you only hear from when tax season rolls around, we strive to build strong, long-term partnerships with the businesses we work with.
We’re proactive and anticipate what our clients need, meaning they always have the numbers and information that helps them run their businesses successfully. Not believing in a ‘one-size-fits-all’ approach, we provide a tailored, bespoke service designed to each client’s exact needs. This is always on a fixed fee basis, so there’s no surprise bills or extra charges.
At a time where automation is on the rise, we still firmly believe in good old-fashioned client service from a friendly (human!) face. Our highly knowledgeable team is committed to being responsive and approachable, and we’re always here to answer any questions or concerns you might have.

From gym memberships to study support to paid time off for volunteer work, we have built our company culture around making sure our staff are happy.
As a result, we’re a close-knit team all working towards the same vision. We can give exceptional customer service - and feel good doing it!

We have built Clarity around the ethos of integrity. For us, doing the right thing doesn’t stop at serving our clients; it extends out to our local community and environment, too.
We’re committed to making a difference through supporting and working with local charities and social enterprises. Equally, we’re striving to be socially responsible by working towards Net Zero carbon emissions and actively tracking and offsetting our carbon footprint through Ecologi.
What This Means For Our Clients
The good news is, very little will be changing for our clients on a day-to-day basis. We’ve put everything in place to ensure a seamless transition and will ensure that we continue to provide the same outstanding service that you’ve always known.
